• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to understand business and user needs.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to build products that deliver the best user experience.
• Evaluate existing UI/UX designs and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
• Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Visual Communication Design, Information Systems, Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Have a UI/UX design portfolio (web, mobile, or system applications).
• Good understanding of the User Experience Design Process.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Proficient in design tools, preferably Figma.
• Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, usability, and accessibility principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend concepts is a plus.
